Mobile Developer

Location: Lagos

We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our team. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
  • 4+ years of experience working with Javascript and React Native
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market (Minimum of 5 standard live mobile app projects)`
  • Experience working with Next.js Framework
  • Pixel perfect HTML, CSS, Sass
  • Experience working with Git
  • Ability to write well-structured and DRY code
  • Ability to consume REST APIs
  • Familiarity with OOP design principles
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
  • Experience working as part of a team

Business Development Executive

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, who can bring fresh ideas, close high-value deals, and contribute meaningfully to business expansion. You will be responsible for generating new business, deepening existing client relationships, and crafting data-backed strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute winning business development and sales strategies
  • Identify new opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and close high-value deals monthly
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from Mactavis' service offerings
  • Craft compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Attend relevant events to network, build visibility, and source leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and service delivery
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management

Requirements and skills

  • 3–5 years minimum experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
